Brent and Sara decorated the gazebo on the back patio with candles, butterflies, and string lights for the ceremony.

Brent found the ring in an antique shop, it's a vintage piece and one of the prettiest I've ever seen.

The corpse bride's arm fell off in the process of her on-site wedding cake placement!

Sara wore a beautiful black wedding dress; Brent wore a very unique vintage-inspired suit.

I love the placement of their hands in this shot, it seems posed, almost.

I like the framing and layers of this one, and the fact that she's working on arranging the flowers just right.

The parasols were opened and placed up at the head of the gazebo.

And the cake. I love how the window light wraps around it in this shot.

Brent looked at me, then looked up to watch his bride walk down the aisle.

The flower girls stopped to pass out flowers as they walked down the aisle.

The kiss.

...and the walk down the aisle. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day here on the Santa Cruz coast.

Sara and Brent posed for some couple portraits after the groomsmen and bridesmaids headed back to the cocktail hour.

The flower girls helped me shoot the first dance.

The dance.

The gazebo worked out really well for portrait lighting, and they left the parasols up just long enough for the shoot.

I borrowed the bride and groom for a couple of moments before the cake was cut.

The contrast in expressions in this moment is really fun. I tried to align the color treatment with the lighting.

    Hey Morgan,

These look great! So are you shooting weddings now out of Northern Cali and Arizona or only Cali?

    Thank you, Celeste and Brent!

    Deanna,

I’m actually in Arizona right now, I just shot a friend’s wedding on Saturday and I’m doing an engagement shoot on Sunday. So I’m shooting weddings in Arizona and San Francisco (and one in Jamaica next week). I’m hoping to do more location work soon.
